Shipping and Return Policy
All sales are final. Replacements will be handled on a case by case basis. After the shipping company has possession, we are not responsible if it is delayed or damaged. IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE, YOU MUST TAKE A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS, WITH THE SHIPPING LABEL CLEARLY VISIBLE, SO I CAN FILE A CLAIM FOR THE DAMAGES. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee a replacement. All requests will be handled on a case by case basis. If a package is genuinely lost, contact us and we will get it resolved. Unfortunately due to people trying to manipulate our previous policy, we have had to transition into a case by case basis. If you have ordered with us before, you know how much we appreciate our customers and our willingness to fix issues. However, due to some people taking advantage of our previous policy, we have had to make updates to how e handle shipping issues. Thank you for your understanding.
